Had a lovely meal that was included in our stay at 30 James Street with a lovely waitress. Can't remember her name bit she looked like Rhianna! She was always smiling which was lovely to see. It was out first wedding anniversary and they gave is a lovely dessert platter to mark the occasion which was a lovely surprise and such a nice touch. The food was gorgeous and well presented.There is currently some renovations going on but we weren't affected by it except we were going to go back for a drink during the day not it was unfortunately closed. We would love to go back when the buildng work had finished.

Very friendly staff and the cocktails were very good and an average price. Fabulous view from the roof terrace. We used the lift up but came back down via the stairs. Lots of historic photos with interesting facts on the way down.all the

This place was included in my stay at the hotel, with a lovely 2 course meal. Which was absolutely amazing. The staff were so polite, helpful and talkative. The view from the restaurant down onto Liverpool is beautiful (especially at night).The quantity was just right and the food was cooked and served very well!Not the cheapest place but certainly worth it!

Took my mum here for her Birthday afternoon tea on Sunday. I would recommend it - unlimited tea and coffee. Lovely filled sandwiches, beautifully presented tasty cakes plus fruit scone, individual jams and clotted cream. We were stuffed by the end. All for a reasonable price 30 for two. Fantastic views across the Albert Dock and down the estuary from the rooftop.

lovely little roof top bar on top of 30 James st.cocktails were 8-9 ,a few weren't available on the day,but a decent rangedecent prices for view etc.Nice view of Albert Dockfriendly helpful staff,

Nice food with good options available. Lovely view from the restaurant and optional outdoor seating if the weather is good. Would recommend a visit, even if its for afternoon tea during the day.
